Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors for correction before editorial assessment or peer review.
1. Scope and Article Type
β The manuscript falls within the journalβs Aims and Scope.
β The most appropriate article type has been selected.
β The manuscript presents a clear, original, and scholarly contribution relevant to the journalβs fields.
2. Originality and Prior Publication
β The manuscript is original and has not been published previously, in whole or in substantial part.
β The manuscript is not under review, accepted, or being considered for publication by another journal, publisher, conference proceeding, or platform.
β Any previous dissemination of the work, including preprints, conference abstracts, theses, reports, working papers, or repository versions, has been disclosed to the editor where applicable.
β The manuscript does not contain plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, redundant publication, fabricated data, falsified data, manipulated images, or manipulated citations.
β All sources, data, ideas, quotations, tables, figures, illustrations, and previously published material have been properly cited or acknowledged.
3. Authorship and Author Approval
β All listed authors have made substantial scholarly contributions to the submitted work.
β All individuals who meet the journalβs authorship criteria are included as authors.
β No individual who has not made a substantial contribution is listed as an author.
β The order of authors has been agreed by all authors.
β All authors have reviewed and approved the final manuscript.
β All authors agree to the submission of the manuscript to AJSI.
β One corresponding author has been identified and is responsible for communication with the journal.
4. Manuscript Files and Anonymization
β The manuscript has been prepared according to the journalβs Manuscript Preparation requirements.

5. Metadata and Author Information
β The article title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, email addresses, and corresponding author details have been entered accurately in the online submission system.
β ORCID iDs have been provided for authors where available.
β The language of the manuscript has been selected correctly.
β Funding details and grant numbers have been entered where applicable.
6. Tables, Figures, and Supplementary Materials
β All tables and figures are numbered consecutively and cited in the text.
β All tables have clear titles and all figures have clear legends.

β References are accurate, complete, relevant, and free from unnecessary self-citation or citation manipulation.
8. Ethics, Consent, and Research Integrity
β The research complies with relevant institutional, national, and international ethical standards.
β Ethics approval has been obtained and documented where research involves human participants, human material, personal data, animals, or other ethically sensitive matters.
β The name of the approving ethics committee or institutional review board and the approval number are included where applicable.
